The Math Academic Coach will be responsible for supporting the growth and development of instructional staff.
An Academic Coach is expected to engage in the coaching cycle with subject-area teachers to improve instructional practice and ensure high-quality student learning.
This position requires frequent communication with and between classroom teachers and school administrators.
An Academic Coach will also be responsible for analyzing student and teacher level data to drive professional learning with the goal of building teacher capacity and improving student outcomes.
An Academic Coach will work closely with administration to review student and teacher data, establish teacher and student goals, and engage in progressing monitoring schoolwide.
